Directions:  From Latrobe, take PA-981 South.  Turn right on Rt. 30 West.  In 1.2 miles turn left onto St Xavier’s Rd.  Proceed 0.2 miles and park along the road next to the Bellbrook guesthouse.  The address is 106 St Xavier’s Road, Latrobe, PA. 15650

Description: Originally a Sisters of Mercy academy and convent, this 248 acre property managed by the Westmoreland Land Trust consists of fields, forests, wetlands, and over a mile of Monastery Run, a tributary to Loyalhanna Creek. While the mid-summer sometimes means a lull in bird activity, the property hosts a wide variety of wildflowers that support a host of pollinators and other insects. Join us for this general nature walk where you never know what we might see!
