Evening Vespers

Join us for our annual “Evening Vespers” walk at Spruce Flats Bog in Laurel Hill State Park. Meet at Darlington Inn off Route 30, near Ligonier, for a Hungarian dinner. Then drive to the bog to hear the hauntingly beautiful songs of thrushes that nest there. Hermit Thrush, Wood Thrush, and Veery sing in that area all summer, along with other high elevation breeding species.
